Regarding the change of service tax rate, Ministry of Finance Government of India hasintroduce Swachh Bharat Cess 0.5% on all taxable value of service vide Notification No 21 & 22 dated 06th November 2015 ,effective date has been decided as 15th Nov 2015.

Therefore, we will revise the rate of service tax related with our services from 15th Nov 2015.

   Room: 8.7%
   Restaurant: 5.8%
   Food & Bevarage in banquet hall : 10.15%
   Other services : 14.5%

(There are no changes in other taxes (ex;Luxury Tax,VAT))
